hello,
well i have decided that the name either avenue no longer suits what i'm doing as it was the name of the band i had with 2 other people and seems outdated somehow. I love playing with other musicians but i feel like this stuff is better stripped down. There will be a day when i have a full band again but for now its just me so new name. The new name is "nolan daye" i cant tell you a real reason why but it was the first name that came to mind i think because i was thinking about when music became important to me and i would say !st or 2nd grade and i had a music teacher who would come around with a cart and play campfire songs and give the kids shakers and it was a lot of fun. I believe her name was ms.nolan so thats where i think it comes from. and the daye part is from another name i liked "ina daye"anyways i hope everyone is doing well and the days are treating you.

hello everyone,
i have gotten a ton of e-mails about when the record will be done and because of a lot of personal things going on in my life i have had to take a little step back to focus on my little ones. the record is about 90% done it is in the final mixing stage's. when its done im gonna do a limited press of the record (300) which will be available from me or local cd shops in seattle. i am going to make a site where the album will be available to download for free as i think that music should be available to everyone. my hope is to have it all done by the second week in march. pierre has done a great job and has been working really hard on the record. well i hope everyone is well and i hope you enjoy the new songs and i hope to get out on the road and see you all soon!

just wanted to say thank you to everyone buying the cds here in
seattle. I have sold all the cds in the 6 stores that i put them in, so
thank you! you may have seen that i have been posting a bunch of new
demos, mainly because i havent gotten a chance to get back into the
studio. And also because i have been writting a lot and want to share
the songs rather than letting them sit on my 8 track recorder. i hope
to get in soon and get good recordings done. well i hope all is well
with everyone and thank you again for buying the cd!!!
